Mango Mist Stay Booking Checklist: 8 Things to Confirm

1. Is this room suitable for your guest count?

Compare the published maximum occupancy before selecting a room. The current Mango Mist list ranges from up to 2 guests in some cottages to up to 6 in the Heritage Family Cottage.

Share the exact number of adults and children, including children's ages. Ask whether your group fits the room's stated capacity and whether any extra-person charge applies.

2. What is the final price for your dates?

A published starting tariff is not a live booking quote. Weekends, dates, guest mix, taxes, add-ons or promotions may affect the amount payable. Request a written total for the exact check-in/check-out dates.

Keep the quote and payment receipt. Before transferring money, verify that the payment instructions came directly from the resort's reservations team.

3. Which facilities and meals are included?

Do not assume every room or package includes the same meals, adventure coupons or pool facilities. Ask reservations to list the inclusions for your selected rate and identify any optional add-ons or separately chargeable activities.

If you are booking a hot-tub suite or private-pool room, confirm the exact feature, access arrangements and any room-specific operating or safety instructions.

4. What are the stay timings and cancellation terms?

The current public booking page describes a 24-hour stay cycle, with check-in and check-out at the same time on consecutive days, and free cancellation until the check-in date. Confirm that these terms apply to your room, date and booking channel, and keep the written terms attached to your reservation.

For day-out packages, check the package-specific arrival window, meal schedule and closing time rather than assuming overnight stay timings apply.

5. What should the booking confirmation contain?

Before you pay, make sure the written confirmation identifies the room or package, dates, guest count, final payable amount, taxes, inclusions, cancellation terms, check-in/check-out details and the resort contact for questions.

If any item is unclear or differs from an earlier message, ask reservations to resolve it in writing before you complete payment.
