We collect only the essential information necessary to facilitate your visit: your full name, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, email address, preferred dates, and guest headcount.
During check-in registration at the resort desk, government-mandated ID details are verified in compliance with local hospitality regulations.
2. Purpose of Data Use
To generate booking confirmation vouchers, coordinate meal preferences, and communicate timely directions or weather updates for your visit.
To respond promptly to customer service requests and WhatsApp enquiries.
We do not sell, trade, or rent guest contact lists to third-party marketing companies.
3. Data Security & Storage
Booking enquiries may be used by the reservations team to respond to your request and coordinate the stay. Share only the personal information needed for the enquiry, and contact the listed privacy email to ask about a correction or deletion.
Use only payment instructions confirmed by the reservations team. Do not share UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords through the website or chat; the site does not need those credentials to answer an enquiry.
