By accessing this website, submitting booking enquiries via WhatsApp or email, and confirming reservations at Mango Mist Resorts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our digital channels or confirming reservations.
2. Informational Accuracy & Enquiries
Website content is provided for planning purposes. Package inclusions, seasonal availability, prices and room allocations must be confirmed with reservations for your specific dates before payment.
A digital enquiry or WhatsApp chat message does not constitute a confirmed reservation until full advance payment is acknowledged with an official voucher.
3. Limitation of Liability & Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, mobile devices, and valuables. In-room lockers are provided in select cottages.
Adventure activities involve inherent risk and may have age, size, health or operating restrictions. Follow the activity briefing and staff instructions, and confirm current eligibility requirements before participating.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal claims arising out of services provided by Mango Mist Resorts Private Limited shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Bengaluru jurisdiction, Karnataka, India.
