If you are travelling by car, ask reservations whether parking is available for your booking, where to enter and whether any vehicle restrictions apply. Do not assume a particular parking capacity or covered parking facility without confirmation.

Share group arrival details

For corporate or family groups arriving in multiple vehicles, share the expected arrival window and vehicle count in advance. Ask whether there is a designated drop-off point or any special instructions for buses or larger vehicles.
