Designated Smoking Areas vs Zero-Tolerance Zones

In compliance with the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) and Karnataka state public health laws, smoking and vaping are subject to strict zoning:

• ·Prohibited Zones: Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited across dining halls, swimming pool decks, mist dance areas, adventure obstacle courses, children play areas, and inside wooden cottages.
• ·Designated Smoking Gazebos: For adult smokers, discreet, well-ventilated designated smoking gazebos equipped with sand-filled extinguishing bins are located along peripheral buffer zones.
• ·Fire Safety in Timber Architecture: Because our cottages and gazebos are built of natural timber and surrounded by dry mango leaf mulch, discarding lit cigarette butts is a severe fire hazard and subject to immediate eviction.

Alcohol Decorum and Licensing Compliance

Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in strictly authorized, licensed restaurant and banquet areas, or within the privacy of reserved stay cottages. Public intoxication, loud offensive profanity, harassment of fellow guests or staff, and reckless behavior on adventure grounds will result in immediate escort off property by security without refund.

Absolute Zero-Tolerance on Illegal Substances

The possession, consumption, or distribution of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or illicit substances is met with zero tolerance. Any detection leads to immediate handover to local law enforcement authorities in Anekal.
